Seoul Awards Nominations Are Out (Film & TV)

The Seoul Awards will be held for the first time this year!

 

The new awards show will celebrate the top dramas and films, as well as the actors that graced them. The winners will be selected through scores, with 70 percent determined by expert judges. 30 percent is determined by a group of 60 citizens who are chosen through an extensive interview process.

 

The ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. KST on October 27 at Kyung Hee University’s Grand Peace Palace.

I hope Honey Lee wins BSA for Rebel

Sejeong acting is bad they said , she's nominated in 2 drama award (Korea Drama Awards and Seoul Awards)

 

With this she's nominated in all 3 fields already. music, entertainment and acting.

I thought she would only get nominated in KBS drama awards.

For me this year was all about Stranger for TV (all categories, although I was NOT a fan of Shin Hye Sun character)

 

I liked the Anarchist although the plot could have used more depth in writing .... something the merciless had but the theme was too cliche (ending did soften that aspect a bit but still ...)

 

Thus far best new actress should go the Anarchist, Merciless for best actor / supporting actress, The king for best supporting & new actor.

 

I haven't watched Taxi Driver but it will probably sweep. (I have a feeling Im going to agree after watching it).

I wont comment on Best Actress either as I have not watched KOB & MSR 's projects yet.
