I had a bad one with Japamart once, where they either forgot to include something in my package, or not everything arrived to their warehouse and they didn't check. I ended up getting my money back, but I had to fight for it. I don't really recommend them, they're expensive. FromJapan is okay. They package things well and I've never had an issue with them, but recently they restructured their proxy service so it's a little bit more expensive than I'm used to. I've heard decent things about dejapan and Zenmarket. Dejapan especially has a really friendly social media team, and they seem like they speak fluent English, so if you have questions, they should be much more helpful than the other services.
