Should I lose weight??

If you feel gross maybe instead of trying to lose weight try getting fitter

 

start working out more and you will become tone and lean

 

you'll feel a lot better of your body if you have more stamina and are athletic

I would but exercise is hard for me due to illness.....

Nah I think youre fine, especially since youre tall. Though all these weight loss threads are making me feel like should lose weight (162cm, 54kg) lmao though I dont think I have enough will to actually do it.

I am sure you don't I just have no self esteem and need validation to survive you are fine!

Could you do light exercise like walking on a treadmill on an incline, water aerobics, or maybe yoga/pilates?

I'll try to. yoga is a no cus I will overextend my joints but I do love the water so that might work thanks!!!! And no need to feel bad it's just my life so I don't mind!!!

No that’s a fine weight. I know everyone carries weight differently, but I was a size 6 when I was 5’9†150lbs so I am sure you are at a beautiful, healthy size. Don’t concentrate on the number on the scale. If you want to tone up or whatever that’s fine, but I guarantee you aren’t anywheee close to fat.

If you want lose weight, do it. But I think you are fine. Weight is just a number. As long as you're healthy. But if you want to lose it, I recommend you exercise (20 min or 30 min per day it's enough) and don't diet, just eat less and don't eat snacks, alcohol or carbonated drinks. Green tea is good, but don't drink it if you have anemia. Maybe before all of this, you should go to the doctor and check out you body.

I'm doing that, I want to lose 22 pounds (10kg) and in 2 months I lost 4,4 (2kg)
