Durian Shounen did well enough digitally so I won't blame the song, and anyway it's 48s so the a-side being not so good never really affects the sales much. The main reason apparently is that Akb's events hijacking nmb's, since akb's events were autographs and stuff, compared to regular HS, nmb fans went to akb's events. I have nothing against Konomin, when I'm in the right mood I find her quite funny. But she's one of Aki-P's brute-force pushes and yields 0,0% results or momentum, she's just there because he wants her there (just like Jo). She also got positive feedback here and there for centering Don't Look Back at RH. But to get into senbatsu after just half a year in the group is a bit obscene, imo.
