So oral sex is not “technically†sexual intercourse. Most teenagers don't consider it to be sex at all. That doesn't rule out the fact that oral sex is still a sexual activity, especially since it involves another person's genitalia.

It's a form of penetration between two or more people. If you don't consider oral sex to be sex, then do you consider anal sex to be sex? Why would one be legitimate and the other not? They're just different locations of penetration until orgasms, both not necessarily the "conventional" way, but still legitimate all the same.
