Him being with a prostitute is not the deal here, it's him RAPING the prostitute when he did NOT have her consent that is the problem.

I would just question your logic here. You said this woman has now been cleared as innocent. But the fact of the matter is, she's acquitted due to insufficient evidence - SAME AS YOOCHUN. BOTH were acquitted due to insufficient evidence. Now, why is it according to you, this woman is innocent while Yoochun is not? When both were acquitted due to insuffiency of evidence to convict them of the crime alleged? Hm?

 

Now, I know how fucked up korea is when it comes to rape cases and/or sexual assualt cases. No one will deny that. However, are we all just literally going to pretend, to fit our own biased narratives, that one of Yoochun's accusers did not actually went to jail? Because she did along her cohorts - they were proven guilty beyond reason doubt of extortion/black mail (please correct me if I'm wrong of the crime charged). Woman B was acquited by court. Man Y was never put on trial. One consists of bunch of people and/or a judge judging evidence. The other is probably one person going meh, this looks too hard to convict, next case (and that's the best case scenario of the rationale).

 

As for the woman convicted, wasn't that for blackmail? Which of course is a crime (and not hard to prove), but that doesn't mean the thing a person was blackmailed about never happened (usually it's more likely that it did, though it's possible it didn't in this case, of course).
