CantabileCross 638 Posted September 19, 2017 Share Posted September 19, 2017 the only thing that explains the EXO-L and Army phenomenon is the bigger the fandom the more the possible crazies, most of them are fine anyway and EXO and BTS are perfectly functional people and no 'cause that makes the cute kids in Wanna One the zombies from Train to Busan shameless plug but actually works well applied to my faves Hwang Chiyeol and Yoo Ah In, HCY has no problematic fans because he literally has 30+ minute conversations+chill time with them whenever they meet outside of broadcast stations/airports/wherever he goes (because he does this so often some of his fans have legit become his friends pretty much) and Yoo Ah In's fans organize charity events for his birthday/anniversaries and are cool even when he cancelled his appearance at an awards show for political reasons after they bought tickets for it ahead of time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Both those fandoms are huge, you're bound to get some more "fervent" fans in each, and they tend to be more vocal than the laid back ones. But I do agree with the essence of Minho's statement.
