Even 22K USD for 2 tickets doesn't sound off if they're international flights. I'm sure this was an oversight or most likely Lay wasn't aware of the situation since his assistant handles travel matters. He's such a generous guy no way he'd avoid paying on purpose. If he's the boss and this is all being done under his name, it's his responsibility to oversee it. But it seems like they got swindled, and both the airline and them might be victims. The studio have paid, the tickets were used, but this Liu Quan apparently hadn't pay the money given to them to the company. Now that this news arrived, the studio tried to contact the Liu Quan but they couldn't be contacted. All in all, the studio would cooperate in the "scandal" if needed.
