To gain weight you can try having protein bars or heavy addition of flavored milk powder i.e if you dont have any sugar problem.

 

I am the reverse. I gain weight from just breathing. 

 

Protein bars tend to taste like cardboard so I always fail to keep eating 

 

I'm slowly trying to increase my egg intake since I love eggs lol
