Art pop (also typeset as art-pop or artpop) is a loosely defined style of pop music[1] influenced by pop art and the integration of high and low culture, and which emphasizes the manipulation of signs, style, and gesture over personal expression Et cetera

.....im afraid i still don't understand what do you mean by the statement/question.

Honestly, I don't think so. Although her music is not at all the norm for kpop or even some forms of popular music in general, I don't think it's really based off of any particular unusual form of art. She herself has said that her music is just inspired by her own life, and is her way of representing the different sides of herself. This is something that basically every singer-songwriter tends to be inspired by, and doesn't really have any outside artistic influences. While artpop is not a genre I am too well-acquainted with, Amber doesn't really fit the description from what I know. She doesn't really deconstruct or re-adopt any genres or ideas either, something commonly seen in artpop.

So, no. While Amber is an unusual artist in the kpop industry, I would not say that her music is necessarily "avant-garde" enough to be considered artpop. Instead, I would still consider her a pop artist, just one with a gentler, personal style, one that gives off indie vibes.
