junmyeonsnoodle 1,074 Posted September 15, 2017 Share Posted September 15, 2017 stop worrying about being able to fall asleep. do a little yoga, maybe listen to some asmr. but don't lay down until you're actually sleepy-this is the only way I can fall asleep at night.
