This bop deserves better

One of my favourite songs from Nine Muses; love the chord progression and how harmonically beautiful it is, but of course Korea had to sleep on it smh

 

 

 

 

Admittedly the concept didn't exactly wow me, but the song is a bop nonetheless and I hate the fact that it is so underrated in Nine Muses' solid discography

This and hurt locker 

 

I'd argue that hurt locker is one of 9muses' better known songs especially in recent years.  sure it still tanked in korea but at least it gained a lot of international fans for the group; I always see people mention it whenever the topic of 9muses comes up.  meanwhile sleepless night didn't generate buzz anywhere, and apparently people weren't even aware of its existence lol.  it's one of those songs that unfortunately always get forgotten in a group with this large a discography

But I say it in terms of 'deserves better', I really wanted hurt locker to be their first win. well I at least expected people to be more aware of their songs after that release but looks like that didn't happen either. However, before this thread I had no idea people hadn't even heard of sleepless night(including fans). while this song is high up in my playlist.

it got to the point for me, after i got into them because of this, i went a month or 2 where literally 9m discography was legit the only music i'd listen to, i played so much i even made my gf a fan of them and she doesnt even care for kpop lol
