Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't MAMAMOO the only group that does this?

If you actually noticed, Mamamoo has performed every single live performances exclusively using hand mics ever since their debut if I'm correct.  Even an obsessed Moomoo like me still hasn't found a single time where they opted to use head mics.  It's always exactly four hand mics that need to be prepared whenever it's their turn to go on stage.

So what I'm genuinely wondering is: there any group out there that also practices this performing quirk?  I still can't think of any that also has all its members perform with hand mics.  Please inform me whom I'm currently missing.

Edit: lmao at me asking a genuine question and still getting negs from insecure fans? 0u0plz.png y'all gotta stop taking it personally all the time lol.  I wasn't even trying to take a jab at anyone, but I guess I touched a sensitive spot for your faves there? imstupid.png

I actually like that they use hand mic...but that's because I don't like how head mics sounds in general

by the way LOL I understand you...the "I don't care" reply is always used in a diminishing way, and in general doesn't sound so polite...

Mamamoo doesn't perform to highlight their choreo but to highlight their vocals. Instead of advanced dance moves, they wow audiences with their harmonic voices, clever ad-libs and powerful high notes. Can't mess around with head-mics doing all that.

But there are other groups that primarily use hand mics.

Like someone said, mainly YG groups or the

main vocalists in SM groups.

oh I'm not too familiar with YG groups so I wasn't really aware, thanks for mentioning them!

and yeah I kinda knew that SM vocalists tend to use hand mics (tho not always, wendy in red flavour comes to mind), but that never occurs with the whole group that they belong to, at least in my memory?  so that's what gave me the impression that a whole group using hand mics is so rare to find in my experience.

As far as I know, DBSK back to when there were 5 of them rarely use headmics too. They only used them for songs with extremely hard choreography. Most of the times they use hand mic, even for songs like Mirotic and I guess that's partly why both DBSK and MMM are my ultimate favorite boy group and girl group. They're both known for incredible live singing skills.
