don't u weird seeing people comparing Blackpink with groups that has been in this industry for so many years?

which means 1 year ago..

 

and somehow people keep comparing them to the old group like

 

red velvet 2014

 

and twice 2015

 

mamamoo 2014

 

not that i hate that... but it seriously annoying to see those people who keep saying that bp has no power bla bla the list goes on..

 

at least wait for them to release a full album + doing a concert in korea

 

then u are free to judge them

Comparisons aren't limited to groups that debuted in the same year as them so I don't get why that's an issue

They love to brag " wow .. BP has  more youtube views than "X", queens! "

but when someone say " X" has lot more ... than BP" , suddenly they play the rookie card.

 

groups are always compared, even groups from different generation.

EXO were compared with both 2nd generation groups and 3rd generation groups.

If youtube views can be compared then I don't see why digitals and others can't be, these groups are the biggest of the new gen of girl groups how could they not be compared? 

 

It would make no sense to compare them to groups like Pristin or Gugudan for example because BP are obviously more popular by looking at their digitals, a pointless comparison. While comparing their digitals to Twice, RV and Mamamoo at least makes sense since they are closer.
