Janet Jackson is a woman of her word.

 

As reported, the singer’s â€˜State Of The World Tour’ pulls into Texas this weekend. But, as promised, the star arrived early to visit victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston.

 

Janet, accompanied by her brother Randy, dancers, and band, visited the Convention Center, which has been turned into a shelter for those affected.

 

Ushered by Mayor Sylvester Turner, the performer greeted and spoke with victims.
