You do need to register yourself to retrieve the key (Site is partnered with diverse game developers who they make deals with for these cheap/free bundles and games so don't have to worry about legality, reliability etc. They actually donate a percentage of the money you spend to charities so It's a nice shop to buy games on if stuff are on sale)

 

After you've registered yourself and "Bought" the game you get a mail which contains a link to the page where you can get the steam key for the game

 

To get the game in your steam library you have to go to your steam library and click on "Add A Game" in the left lower corner, then click on: Activate a product on steam. Click on next and accept the agreement so you can give in the steam key. If you did that right then you have the game :D Enjoy!
