ppl fresh initial first impression of Fenty Beauty By Rihanna

I know this should go to the beauty section but imma put here in the random, so a lot of ppl who are planning on buying can see. 

 

 

 

I mostly got this from this beautyguru ..i think her name samatha. I don't watch and follow her. I just stumbled upon her livestream on twitter and she share her fresh initial thoughts. I also saw swatches and many pics.

 

 

 

Basically:

 

-Price Range: around 25$-40$

 

-A lot or All the Highlighter Dous are the chunky type of Highlighters (I thought this was obvious from the vid, but I was trying to stay positive. Turn out I was right lol). They look glittery/chunky, not feel like one.

 

It's great if you like that type of highligher and/or you got great skin. 

 

 

 

-Trophy Wife is one of the two solo highlighters and is basically shimmery yellow / just straight up Gold color. It's Dramatic and look better on darker skin girls

 

-Metal Moon one of the two solo highlighters, It's just white in color but It's a good highlighter, it's Not as chunky as the highlight dous

 

Solo & Dou Highlighters:

 

 

 

 

 

 

-The Match Stix have a pretty dry formula

 

 

 

 

-The Foundation has a Good Range of Shade(40 shades) Definitely more diverse & better than most brands.

except in my opinion, it was a teeny tiny bit underwhelmed since she hyped up the Foundation to be catered to Brown girls but around the Medium dark range it's missing a few shades. Like between the group of the deep dark shades and the dark mediums, there should have been few shades. I don't think I'm being nitpicky, I was expecting it to catered more to dark skin girls because that is what she said. It's still great and very diverse when most brands have 20 shades of beige, 2 tan and 1 medium brown

 

 

 

 

 

 

-Foundation has good coverage, still don't know how long lasting it is.

 

 

 

-There is one gloss, Gloss Bomb. In my opinion it's kinda the face/mascot/icon and the best thing in this collection. They took time perfecting this gloss since they wanted a gloss that can look good in any skin tone. 

 

-The samatha girl was shocked how pretty it is. She wasn't expecting to care about the gloss but it's her favorite and she loves it.

 

-It's makes your lips more plump

-It's not sticky

-It's very pretty

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-The packaging look cheap but they look better and don't feel that cheap in Person. 

 

 

-Packaging are magnetic!
