Who is your bias? Sooyoung and Hyoyeon

Why and when did you start liking them? Sooyoung, early 2011 when I became a SONE. Her short hair and big eyes stood out to me in RDR (the video I was obsessed with at the time) and variety show clips confirmed the bias. She continues to break necks so her position hasn't been threatened. Hyoyeon, later in 2011 probably during The Boys. Her dancing, dedication, and humor. 

Memorable instances where you've been proud of your bias? Sooyoung, every time she performs, specifically on Letterman. She killed it and represented appropriately. Hyoyeon, on DWTS. She improved so much over the weeks.

Why do you like SHY? Sooyoung, Hyoyeon, and Yuri are my three favorite members, in that order. I used to call them anti-OT3 (because they're like the underdog version of TaeNySic) before Robert made SHY a thing (thanks king)

And what do you want from SHY, performance and achievement wise? A good song, a great MV, and great performance. It would be a crime to not include a dance break. It'd no doubt be the fiercest SNSD MV yet. Achievement-wise, doesn't really matter.

Onion did say there were subunit plans for next year and he wasnt talking about TTS but I always thought he was talking about JungSis

 

Idk it's possible but he expected Jungsis to be this year so there's still a chance it's a fresh unit

Tbh we got international fans support already

Our biggest challenge is to get ksones. We need to create a hype around them. Because freaking TTS is probably happening again and they wont opose to it.

 

I see things happenings differently with international fans even some TTS stans are looking forward for a NEW subunit. We need to open ksones eyes or we will be stuck with TTS forever

 

Most importantly, or most effectively, the girls need to start asking for it themselves. Look at the side projects from SM in recent years: TTS, Taemin, Henry, Toheart, Amber, Kyuhyun, they all have one thing in common and that is that they expressed interest in a side project and worked towards it themselves. I know HyoYul have expressed interest in working together, hopefully they can get Sooyoung on board and start badgering SM about it (although I personally would love a HyoYul unit as well).

 

All of the other side projects were really unexpected, but if SHY start pressing the issue, along with Tiffany co-signing and fandom voicing their desires as well (similar to Toheart), I think SHY becoming an actual unit is a great possibility.

I think they never thought this could be even an option, maybe HyoYul working together but not exactly SHY as an official subunit. I think  if they see support, and see fans actually believe in them they will go after it. (if they are actually interested on being on a subunit) But the fans that are closer to them and who they will take more in consideration to are ksones. They are the ones who will count for music shows

I think starting by the girls fansites would be a good idea. Because we think they know about it because a lot of people are commenting on twitter but I remember queen of space didnt know we called Hyo "Hyolo" until her birthday this year lol If we get Yuri's, Hyo's and Soo's fansites support its already a start

 

Agreed. Maybe this supposed special stage they'll have will open their eyes to the possibility. I wish we were more connected to them.

What's this from? It could be Suju-KRY since they haven't had an album yet and I think there were rumors of a comeback from them? That's the only "widely anticipated" trio I can think of other than SHY.

The reason I was fearing the most... we probably believe more in them than they believe in themselves... makes me sad tbh, they were way more confident during early days. 

 

I think we can start expecting a dance stage :/

 

I'm expecting one of those Beatburger Projects. That would be a bit better since it's kind of like a music video rather than just a dance stage. 

 

I'm actually annoyed they don't have faith in themselves. I could see Yuri being one to doubt her vocal abilities since she doesn't seem to try her best when she sings + she hasn't improved at all over the years, but we know that Sooyoung feels she doesn't get the lines she deserves, and I've always seen more of a passion for singing in her than in the other two. Ugh, the two worst vocalists in Infinite + a mediocre vocalist got a subunit (even though the song was a crime to ears worldwide). SHY can do it. I don't care if they have to pre-record the vocals for the entire promotion cycle, they can do it.

 

Anyway, I think an MV like this would be amazing, it's what Love&Girls wishes it was. Outfits and makeup similar to Namie's. The choreo is great too.

I love Roll Hard. Funny because I was listening to this literally two days ago and thought the beat would be nice for SHY. The beat is kinda similar I think.

why Sunny? I dont think she will be in a subunit soon. She is almost the least popular member in SNSD and she likes to be in musicals so I dont think Sunny will be in the next possible subunit

Idk Sunny's mentioned she's had a greed to do more. I think they all have things they want to try but don't really mention. Like how long has Taeyeon been saying she doesn't want to go solo yet here she is getting a solo
