first rule ,

if you want to bash on people you don't like, you have to know about them first

if you have no idea about them at all , what you can use to bash them ?

well if they change their musical style maybe it'll be The One song i'll like by them

i've been listening to the same 1 album by one band for years now because its literally the only one i like by them

i dont think i hate an artist to the level i'll refuse to listen to their music

Maybe they're waiting for the artist to release something they like

nah... I find those people is usually just casual listeners who don't have a dislike on any groups.

I don't know why other do it but I use to disliked this one group really badly when I first got into k-pop and will always make up excuses as to why they suck/why their music suck/why all the members suck. Then after a while I kind of become a casual kpop fan and pretty much not stanning anyone. I went back to listen to that group and I really miss out on a lots of good songs. /shrug

Sometimes I'll check up on a group I know I don't really like all that much because I honestly want to maybe change my mind. I try to stay open because you never know. It happens, I was always super neutral about WG until BMB happened and after that they slowly but surely grew on me - Reboot is one of my favorite albums of all time. But that's rare, and if I hate the music I'm not going to stick around: I definitely don't "hate-listen" or whatever people would call it.
