Summary of the plot:

 

What I have gathered about the novel plot for you folks (SPOILERS ALERT!!): Our male lead (Huang Jing Yu) is 1,000 years old fox who’s a vegetarian and only eats flower. Lol. Female lead (Victoria Song) is an ordinary girl who works at a museum [everything about her is described as ordinary]. She meets the male lead after saving him from a dog. Yes, he’s afraid of dogs. XD A thousand years ago, our Prince Fox was supposed to eat the liver of a special human girl aka our heroine in order to cure his body and advance into the heavenly realm. But he couldn’t and fell in love with her instead. They eloped and were caught by his dad and she was killed and cursed by daddy. In her following reincarnations, she will never live past the age of 25 and our hero seeks her in every life to stay by her side and love her until she dies. Upon meeting, he recognizes her immediately, especially her special scent, but our heroine feels a burdened feeling of sorrow in her heart, not knowing it’s related to her past life’s pains. In this modern life, male lead has too many secrets which makes the heroine distrusts him at every turn. And because he refuses to eat her liver, our male lead’s vision deteriorates over time, remaining only good at night and basically blind during the day. Not so sure about the Chinese title, but that could be fixed already. But the US version should have numerous title. That's good to hear about having this drama a good director.

As far as I know drama tittle is different with novel's tittle.

what's the novel's title? It's usually like that when it comes to adoptation into big screen. But seeing as there's two directors, there might be some theme conflict. But as long as the outcome is good. I can't wait. That God this is only about 24 episodes, more or less. I can't if it's 50 or more. If that happens, I'm just going to skip and watch Jingyu's scenes.

Not sure how to translate it in English but the novel is: Strange meeting- Loving you thousands life times

The drama is short because the novel is short LOL. It has only 45 chapters- Very simple story compared to other novels I have read

There is part 2... If the drama did well they might do work on that later... But Part 1 is much cuter even the girl is more clueless lol

 

I'm not afraid about the director's conflicts... Most high-budgeted drama has like 3 directors but there is a main one and He/She is the one that make the final decision. This isn't the only case 

One can focus on the romance scenes while the other can take care others...

 

A little bit information on the directors:

1. Leste Chen: a MOVIE director. Past works: 20 Once Again, The Great Hypnotist, etc,...

2. Xu Zhao Ren- 2 -time Golden Bell winner: Past works: Love Contract, Rock Records In Love, etc

 

So for now I feel safe about the directors... If anything it's the writers that I'm worried LOL.
