When I listen to a group I focus on the song (if the vocals fit or not the song and if the beat is good). Not to a huge extent but having a beautiful/cool/gorgeous/intriguing etc. etc. M/V is always a huge plus and really enjoyable to watch (plus I get to see my biases all dressed up and looking pretty).
