To quote post, just click the specific post you want to quote and the "quote" button will appear at the bottom part of that post. You can also edit your post through mobile by selecting the "edit" button at the bottom part of your post. Just trying... First you need to have at least 100 post counts (the number of posts that can be seen under your dp). After reaching the 100th posts, you can request the badge here: http://onehallyu.com/topic/55-read-op-first-awards-how-to-obtain-request-for-awards-here/. The format and instructions can also be found in this link. For every badge request, you need to have 100 post counts. So your 2nd request will be 200 post counts, 300 post counts for the 3rd, 400 post counts for the 4th request and 500 post counts for the 5th one. If I remember it correctly, GIFs that have very big file size being uploaded in imgur will be converted to GIFV. That's why you can't embed it. It should be GIF instead not a GIFV or GIF video.
