I've been a ballet dancer since I was 4 y/o and right now, i'm having no fun taking ballet classes. My mom keeps making the excuse that when I go back to italy she's gonna put me in this ballet academy that I do not give 2 fucks about saying that i'll "enjoy it more"

Whether I take ballet classes in italy or where I currently live i'll still find it boring and hate it with all my guts

It really pisses me off.

Maybe your mom wanted to be a ballerina or dancer herself so now she is trying to live her dream trough you.

I think you should just talk to her and make her understand that she can't force you to do something you don't enjoy.

That sucks, you should have a serious conversation with her . It's not good when parents force their own dream jobs to their kids

The problem is I already talked to her,and she tells me the same thing over and over again.

Oh man, stuff like this is so irritating. I personally can't win against my mother initially; I have to keep going and just generally be sucky and palpably unenthusiastic and a bad sport and eventually wear her out to the point she lets me quit.

Aka when she made me do stuff like drama ugh
