I used to be a runner and have bilateral femoropatellar syndrome + arthritis so my knees been painful for decades and swollen for about a month. The physio put kt tape on my knees to drain them last week but I slipped in my parking lot and fell on my knees pretty badly so it didn't do shit. Got kt tape again tonight and I was just wondering if people here ever did lymphatic drainage with kt tape and how long it took for them to reduce swelling.
