In most modern countries I think prison inmates ard treated better than some korean companies treat trainees/recently debuted idols. Everyone with a little bit of will would make it with those sorts of help. For us normal people who had to organise our own training and count our own diet calories and stick to it, now thats hard. Plus she is getting paid for it and she got the incentive of looking pretty so yeah, not impossible. I don't really like using the term healthy to how they look, since it implies that skinny girls/boys aren't healthy when being skinny or fit is usually the best for your health. With that said weight is only one of many factors to take into account since being chubby doesn't necessarily mean you have poor health, even if it makes it more likely. Seolhyun in particular was monitored the hard way cuz she likes to eat.
