Defy them or going against them is a death wish in the entertainment industry. Edit: Every company has it's issues but why am I not surprised it's a certain company stan who come here to shade SM just to get an ego boost for stanning their "caring" and "thoughtful" company. Feary 2,115 Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 And yet, I distinctly remember ex-workers at SM talking about how the company treats their artists like royalty much better than them, for example: if something doesn't go well, they are blamed and if something goes right, the artists are praised. If anything, these workers get worse treatment, but the working environment in Korea isn't really all that good in general with long hours and very little vacation.
