[PANN-CHOA] Seriously feel that SM is quite humane

Those trainees who've been there for more than 3~4 years and can't debut who are in charge of singing or dancing are introduced in other companies where they already have a group that's about to debut

There was a trainee who came from US who proved it some time ago, he wrote his anecdotes as a trainee and it didn't seem half as bad as people thought
even the staff looked nice

Look at Ji Hansol (ex SM rookies)
He just attended Taemin's concert as a backdancer
He didn't leave SM, but instead pursued dancing only

SM seems more humane than I thought

They do though. 0u0plz.png  SM was even sanctioned by the government for blocking JYJ. Company stans are weird. It's okay to like their groups but still admit they do bad things.

They don't treat their artists well lmao.

You are just a product they treat well bc you make money. Defy them or going against them is a death wish in the entertainment industry.

Edit: Every company has it's issues but why am I not surprised it's a certain company stan who come here to shade SM just to get an ego boost for stanning their "caring" and "thoughtful" company.imstupid.png

lmao yeah right

the only time 'SM' and 'humane' should be in the same sentence is when 'is not' is between them

And yet, I distinctly remember ex-workers at SM talking about how the company treats their artists like royalty much better than them, for example: if something doesn't go well, they are blamed and if something goes right, the artists are praised. If anything, these workers get worse treatment, but the working environment in Korea isn't really all that good in general with long hours and very little vacation.

But shame on SM for being an actual company and valuing their profit and the people they invest their money in. How could they!?
