As a lifestyle? I recommend it. As a religion? That's part of it already. You don't need to be religious but there are deities that you can pray to/connect with. I only just recently started learning so I'm not an expert yet lol. Right now I'm focusing on learning how to read tarot cards. How long have you been practicing? When I was younger I would study about Wicca which is like the good kind of witches. Pagan is like dark magic. I didnt reallu try anything just googling stuff. I think it would be the same as playing with an ouija bord tbh I don't want to open my house up to no demons. I respect witches, but it's just not for me. I also have the Archangel Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue and I bought a pack a regular playing cards so I can try cartomancy. I haven't done any actual spells yet because I'm still reading books and collecting altar tools. Because I'm a Christian I want to do Christian witchcraft/mysticism or witchcraft that isn't tied to any faith if that makes sense. When I feel I'm more advanced I want to work with fairies and somehow with other deities without having to "worship" them because again I'm Christian and it's forbidden for us to worship other gods.
