johnnyrose 12,654 Posted August 27, 2017 Share Posted August 27, 2017 So I've seen multiple references to 2014 being the absolute worst year for kpop, kinda like the 2016 just being the absolute worst, but I personally don't really know a thing about it. I've only found this side of the universe August last year. So I genuinely know nothing lol. When TOP's scandal happened I saw it being mentioned. When all those disbandments happened, that ominous number popped up. Kaistal broke up, again. Some other stuff that I don't distinctly remember that happened earlier this year, 2014 was tossed around. Enlighten me. What in the world happened that year to make it that forbidden thing of dread? .. or am I, or anyone else sitting in ignorance, just better off not knowing? The worst part were the deaths. Sewol, Ladies Code....etc. 2016 was "bad" but it was nowhere near 2014. Like everything that happened last year, I've mostly forgotten already, so can someone remind me? I remember the first things that happened that year were Leetuek's father's murder/suicide, and that thing with Hyoyeon, but I didn't see that as a big issue. May they all rest in peace. I just know now that I just have mixed feelings about Taeyeon that weren't there before, and I'm just trying to figure out where they may have come from.
