Songs good and MVs interesting. The song context based on the English lyrics, is it gay?

Edit: I enjoyed all the renditions of the song. Love then 2007 and the 70s one. 2007 has more of a rock blues which I love while the 70s version is Enka sounding which sounds great.

The original word 'ge ge ge' is a cackling noise, but in Tokyo Gegegay's version i'm not really sure because coincidentally the sound of the anime and song is the same with their group's name.

Yes, I like the 2007 version the most, it's so catchy. But I keep repeating the newer version, because I like that they add the rap part.

I gotta say I do like the rap too in the newer version. The rapping matches well with the beat and not out of place. Thanks for this thread!

Though they have a slight different arrangement on live performances but I prefer the MV version

the performance ver.

Wow, they're good at performing. And yep, it's very gay. I legit thought Mikey was a different person and a woman was actually gonna perform instead of him.
