They sold me two exo lights ticks that didn't fully function and when I emailed them about it, I got no response at all. Wtf was the point of me buying a Bluetooth lights stick if the Bluetooth didn't work? Then I see them advertise the new and improved exo lightstick that was brought back after some recall I was never told about. I tried for a while, gave up, and slept. I got up this morning at 8am, and even now I could only get one of the major sites to function properly (kpopmart). The others either don't have the item listed correctly/searchable, or it crashes when I try to check out.
