When do you take your dinner?

My brother(he's just 7) was telling me how we shouldn't eat after 8(says we'd be fat) and that "normal" people take dinner at 5. 

 

Some of us have school and others have work so i just wanted to ask what time do you usually take your dinner. You can also share what you have/had for dinner today :D

 

I usually eat at 7.45 cause I reach home after school at 7. Also, had instant noodles for the third time this week. -_-

Using 'eat' instead of 'take' would be more natural in this situation :)

 

And hmm... I'd prefer 6:30 to 8:30.

 

I think your little brother says that in reference to our body having more time to burn off more calories (an active body will burn more than a non-active body).

your brother is silly

im sure as heck you're not sleeping at 10 every night

if you eat dinner at 5

you'll be starving by 8/9pm

7:45/8 is a perfectly normal time to eat dinner

but your brother omg so young, is pretty right though eating a late dinner isnt always good for your body but for functionality...and the fact that most likly..you'll be snacking after dinner... it makes sense just to eat a later dinner than to eat an early dinner and then rummage through your kitchen for a snack 4 hours later

Haha, that's what I've been trying to teach him but you know kids will always be right in their world  :lol:
