A whole 13 minutes. Are BTS eventually going to make their teasers into full length films?

the 13 minutes is just the other three combined with the 'last' which is only about more than two minutes.

and yes these are just the highlight reels, the "movie" will come later

The second part was rhetorical but what was the point of putting all of the teasers together?

Most epic concept in the history of K-Pop. You can quote me.

Maphisto snatched it before all you lessers.

For future convenience and to emphasize the connections between all of the reels.

Has been so lonely crying over this yesterday.

I LOVE the conclusion, always love the indirect metaphor, symbolism, ambiguosity, cliffhanger, and open ending that Bighit likes to do. It's up to us to interpret.

The key of this HR lies on the narration, the ending narration definitely conclude it really well.

No matter what, how many times you tried to fix the past, it will always ends up the same, different-but-same. So live just the way you are, you can't fix what you can't fix, don't try to be somebody else, because you are still the broken you so the ending will always be a tragedy, so love yourself, first and foremost.

This is like Butterfly effect. I feel like, whoever they interacted with, by 7 of them together, or each of them with different set of people, whatever it is the result always the same.

Those girls are people from an alt universe, like people they gonna be interacted with if the 7 weren't together.

Welp. BigHit did it again. I'm enthralled with their thought process. And I'm definitely leaning towards the idea of time travel. Or rather them showing how even if you could go back and change the past, if you don't fix what's inherently wrong to begin within, the outcome won't change. To continue to grow and pursue happiness in life, you have to first look at yourself and learn to love and accept all the parts of you. Otherwise, you'll live in a perpetual cycle of failed relationships and self-sabotages. I can truly relate.

I love how the message behind this is "realizing that loving oneself is the beginning of all love." Because if that ain't the damn truth.

Maybe they wanted the fans to focus on certain things for the the individual 3 highlight reels first, to soak it all in? So we could  grasp this new idea/universe that they are rolling out then the last, full reel was so we could all watch everything in one go and see how it all connects? Like some people may forget that the date in the 3rd HR for Jin was Aug 30 and the vase with the lilies was down already when he was dressing up ..but in the 4th HR, you see him being able to catch it, and you get the idea that he might have traveled back to an earlier part of the day and was given a choice to change things. I actually liked that they did combine everything with the final reel.

I wondered actually how they could give the conclusion in this 4th reel while still having a storyline to continue ..lol, I should never have doubted Bighit and BTS. They are always, always ahead of all of us. I liked this idea, giving us details like the possible time travel of Jin, the alternate universes of the members, while at the same time leaving us with more questions lol. Like will the Love Yourself stories for the members start now, when Jin seemed resigned to try and just accept the past and move on? Or will he still try and go back to INU era to save everyone? Or does he even have a choice in all this?

This whole essay. I swear bighit does the most for bts. I thought bts was over the hyyh and all that stuff but clearly not.

the rewind of all the past mvs gave me chills the first time i saw it

The part where Jimin, I think it was, rose up backwards from the water in that abstract scene from back in the day killed me.

Queen of summing things up well so I don't have to try to.

For the soon to be Most epic comeback in the history of K-Pop.

Hype!

I feel so bad for Jin man he's had to witness so many alternate timelines go to absolute shit. I'm surprised he hasn't gone off the deep end yet.

You can tell by the end that if he hasn't yet gone off the deep end, he's about to. He looked absolutely dead inside. Poor boy rlytearpls.png

Lol sorry. It's all fascinating to me. All this universe building, that things are connected in their MVs since HYYH until Spring Day.
