2nd Gen really climbed on top. climbed from the bottom. Internet was scarce.

 

Whereas because of tech/social media/accessibility, 3rd Gen debutees can climb at monstrous levels with the help of marketing. 

You really can't compare 2nd Gen and 3rd Gen anymore~

I was surprised I.O.I is even there! Internet and social media reach is a game changer. You vote through text, websites, etc. Interactivity and SNS-marketing... Youtube views. These are the realities. . . the battle field of 3rd Gen.
