After EXO, even though we entered in the 3rd generation of idols, there's nothing much happening, the only one who are doing well nowadays would be Winner? ㅇㅇ If you look at the biggest trend, it's always changing. The only way you get to the top would be to maintain your trend. There's lots of irrelevant singers who used to be the trend last year and there are lots of trendy groups right now that we don't know what will happen to them next year. If you can maintain your popularity for 3~4 years, then you have secured your spot ㅇㅇ People are doing everything to not include Bangtanㅋㅋ That's why it's SM-PANN ㅇㅇ Look at them trying to force Bangtan outㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅇㅇ If we are realistic, nowadays it's Bangtan, EXO, Wanna One ㅇㅇ No but I'm seriously not even a fan of Bangtan but why are people wanting to remove Bangtan from the list?.. ㅇㅇ Big Bang, EXO, Shinee, Highligh, Bangtan ㅇㅇ I don't understand why we're still including Shinee all the time.. loveappeal 5,535 Posted August 11, 2017 Share Posted August 11, 2017 ㅇㅇ I don't understand why we're still including Shinee all the time..because they're almost ten years into debut and their fandom, physical sales, public recognition (both as a group and as individuals) are stronger than a majority of idols out there. add on the fact that they're one of the most popular korean groups in japan and bringing in some of the highest income for sm and, yeah, that's why. i'm more curious about why people constantly feel the need to question their influence and overall popularity, lmao. no one's saying they're "trendy". they had their time for that, but you know how it goes. either way. rankings like this are usually biased and pointless. it's always going to differ and change.
