chandy 2,487 Posted August 10, 2017 Share Posted August 10, 2017 tips: dont be nervous, smile, practice your handshake, dont avoid interviewer gaze, dont talk too fast or too slow, dont fidget on your seat trick: wear neutral color and some bright accessories to make your presence memorable (a red scarf, or blue handbag, etc), tell some joke (appropriate one), know what to say or answer and whatnot (means, read and memorize your resume) good luck! Finding out the history of the company, what are the main achievements etc are always helpful. Practice answering interview questions- you can find them online. If you have an outline of a few key sentences you want to say about yourself/what you can bring to the company it's better than stuttering to find an answer when you're there. Appearance wise: wear the correct dress code. Make sure you smile and talk slower than you usually would, bc you might not realise it but people tend to talk faster when they're nervous. Also remember to maintain eye contact, nod and just interact with the interviewer. Sit up straight- but not stiffly lol, as it will not only make you look more confident but it will make your voice clearer and sound more assertive...even when on the inside you're nervous af.
