But Secret forest is fantastic show, with excellent writers and no crazy plot holes that have you wondering wtf the writer was thinking. It also has great acting and the story line is exceptional. Secret forest is a show that you need some time to digest the plot, at least for me. The writer is seriously genius. The acting is top as well. i highly suggest you to watch both. The chemistry between 3 main casts are amazing. The cases are wholesome too. Great combi between writing+cinematography+acting. No plot holes. Have a warm+nostalgic feeling. You'll not rest until the very end scene, even that you'll start wondering what happens next. OSTs are ib another level. Secret forest is more political, everyone appear to be shady, you cant help but feel suspicious toward everyone and start speculating. And the director+writer not helping at all at the way they shift the camera focus at certain someone while that one thinking or contemplating. Watch because of awesome bae doona. But it's a stellar show, which shows everyone best acting yet. No plot holes too. but a little bit let down in ep 6-8. After that, you'll experience roller coster. I appreciate my times when watch both shows, no regret at all, and instead just awe-ing at the whole thing. Still re-watch when i have time. My rec, watch signal 1st. Puppet&Puppeter 725 Posted August 5, 2017 Share Posted August 5, 2017 Honestly, I'm not really fond with Signal. There's some holes which irks me even now. And I did skip some scene because well, it's not that important imo. Meanwhile, Secret Forest or Stranger able to make me hooked up from the beginning. The casting and the direction is superb, the storyline will makes viewer in a roller coaster emotion and then the ending is unexpected.
