Best sheet masks?

Your Bae

Recommended Posts

I've recently gotten into sheet masks, and I've gotten them from pretty unknown brands and non-Korean brands so far: The Creme Shop (KR) and Sephora.

I've always wanted to try a mask from more well-known brands such as the Face Shop or Nature Republic, so does anyone wanna recommend me some?

BTW I recommend The Creme Shop's Honey & Lavender Mask because I just tried it for the first time today and my skin feels so supple and soft rlytearpls.png  The great thing is, I can find this mask at my nearby Marshalls too (if you live in America you probably know what that is) rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png

It depends on what you are looking for the sheet mask to do (in terms of ingredients), but if you want reasonably priced ones, I also recommend Innisfree (linked above), but another good lower priced brand is Llang (which is cheap on the website I linked but not sure otherwise). More expensive brands that I love are Mediheal, Leaders, My Beauty Diary, etc.

tbh, I have an entire drawer full of sheet masks. Every brand and color of the rainbow... Sometimes it's nice to just get one or two from a brand to try them for fit, too. Like some brands do not fit my face well at all (The Face Shop). Or they are huge, but I still like them for when I'm lazy and want to drink wine while masking (Nature Republic is huge on me).

Sephora sheet masks are really good, I'll second that.

From korean brands, I absolutely loved moistfull collagen sheet masks from etude house. They were amazing, but sadly, too expensive for me to regularly purchase. I also like the innisfree ones.

i just recently got into facemasks too and i've only used a few different types

cosrx holy moly snail mask

benton snail bee high content mask pack

too cool for school pumpkin 24k gold mask

too cool for school egg cream mask

(the last 2 are kinda expensive.) but i usually go towards snail/bee stuff since i think it helps with like acne scarring. and my skin is usually dry so i use masks for dry skin. but none of them have been bad for me really. i don't have sensitive skin so idk about redness or anything. i want to try others and get a bigger pack of the cheaper ones though. it's nice since it's summer too, v cooling lel

leaders and my beauty diary are the best imo, though they might set you back a bit because they're a little on the expensive side. you can save some money ordering them online though since when they're in-store they're usually marked up so high. actually that goes for all masks, the price places like urban outfitters are trying to sell tony moly masks for is straight up highway robbery.

Don't bother with Sephora masks, they're way overpriced for what they are. Like, they're good, but looking at the ingredients list, you can find equally good or better masks for 1/2 or even 1/3 of the price.

Innisfree makes good affordable masks (by affordable, I mean $2 or under). I like the green tea and rose ones best. The Face Shop ones are similar. Both brands have alcohol in their ingredients lists though, so if you're sensitive to those, be careful.

Taiwanese masks are where it's at though. Some affordable brands are My Beauty Diary and L'Herboflore. I've heard of some people in the US finding MBD in stores for only $12 for a box of 10 masks. L'Herboflore is only online, I think, but they're my current obsession and the cheapest place I buy them from is Chuusi (.ca), which sells them for $3 CAD. Other places usually sell them for $4 USD, so this is a good deal.

Anyway, for the brands that I've tried, I recommend:

Innisfree - green tea, rose

The Face Shop - aloe, rice

Holika Holika - aloe, rose

My Beauty Diary - black pearl

L'Herboflore - apple c, strawberry, black pearl, rose
