Can anyone help me with my 2 Left Feet?

I'd like to say I'm an okay dancer, my body definitely isn't stiff, and I can do waves and all that.

HOWEVER, I have two left feet. My upper body can do various things, but I fall down almost instantly when I dance. When I jump I look weird, I can't even dance to fucking PICK ME because of the jumps, not to mention freaking GEE since I have a hard time even doing the crab dance with the hands.rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png

Thing is, I have a dance test coming up and all my friends want to do moves that involve a lot of kicking and jumping. (Highlight, BP, some random moves that my lower body cannot do)

So... can anyone help me? Any tips to increase my feet coordination(?)

It's kinda urgent, I only have a week to practice. deepstareplz.png

pls help

If you genuinely have issue with co-ordination in your feet I don;t think a weeks practice will fix it.

In terms of getting through the routine in a weeks time. If everything else about your dance is fine, run through just as footwork. Don't worry about your hands, body etc until the footwork is smooth THEN add in the rest.

In terms of improving footwork and jumping etc in general I found learning tap steps helpful as it helped me to focus on what my feet and legs actually do!

I know a weeks practice won't help me fix it, but in honesty this has been a worry of mine for a while now, and while I do have many dancer friends, they're to busy dancing to actually help me~

tap steps? I'll do it!
