She got married, had a baby like normal people but that didn't mean that WG had to be inactive, they could have a comeback before Sohee left and they can still have a comeback now with Sohee because her new company allows musical activities with JYPE and even if Sohee left JYPE could have gone on with the three other girls making a subunit or what not or he could have used Sunmi instead of debuting her as a soloist. People are giving Sunye shit because she has the nerve to renew her contract and yet suddenly leave the country for five years under grounds of "charity" work that is really just preaching about Christianity in Haiti. So she's just suppose to quit her career because she started a family? She renewed her contract but that doesn't mean she renewed it as a Wonder Girl, she may go solo from what I 've been hearing also Lim's father even hinted at a Wonder 4 making a comeback this year, Sunmi or Sohee idk who'll be the fourth the member but WG aren't over bc Sunye is gone. This one is a rant, one in which I am actively pissed off about this entire ordeal because of how long it's been going on for and just how poorly it's been dealt with as well... People's careers are on the line here. Furthermore, I only swore three times and it was in the same paragraph, to add some emphasis... And this is why reading comprehension is helpful to people in life. Am I blaming Sunye for the fact that Wonder Girls don't get to promote AT ALL, no. Am I blaming Sunye for wanting to be a mother or anything like that? No, in fact I supported it in the first few paragraphs... If you read the article properly, you would see that my main issue is that she re-signed AS a Wonder Girls member and yet she is leaving on a mission trip for five years to Haiti. Does that make sense to you? Sure as hell doesn't to me... Furthermore she could've at least just signed back as a JYP Artist non-descript so that she wouldn't have any obligation to come back as a Wonder Girls member until she is completely ready to do so. The fact that she's doing what she is doing now is just stupid to me. Cumberbitch 81 Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 Here's another explanation, as to why some people are hating hard on Sunye for renewing her contract as a wonder girl and then just leaving. Basically, JYPE keeps on saying that "the Wonder Girls have NOT disbanded, and will continue on together". Every fan/person who believed that (and there were quite a bit considering the 13000+ up-votes on the NB translation) is well disappointed now. Understood that Sohee won't promote with the Wonder Girls but, maybe they could promote TOGETHER as 4. People see at as selfish because, she renewed her contract and left. to them (imo) Sunye leaving = No Wonder Girls P.s I strongly believe that Sunye should have signed as a solo singer/artist because, there is no way in hell she can promote as an idol in a group, when she is a mother and in Haiti.
