Flowers blossom for three lifetimes. The wine has fermented to the point of being slightly sweet.
The person is within a dream beyond a dream. The blood has turned into green vines.
Riding upon a cyclone, the night lamp soars up into the sky. The person who was left behind is still waiting,
Unable to bear with never encountering one another again. [Yet] as it turns out, those who love do not have the courage to meet.

Peach blossoms [bloom], flower after flower. The only regretful thing is that [these] blossoms fall in an isntant.
Separated by the entirety of the land[2], there is no more song in the whole world[3].
Looking at life and death, union and separation, they say that
Words are written at the bottom of your eyes: you only have me.

Too much time has already passed.[4] Just waiting for someone's words to hit upon the truth.
If [this] love is attainable, having exhausted three lifetimes searching for the longed after silhouette,
Meeting and separating and meeting again, will not let it pass by and miss it.

Forgetting the love [between us] for three lifetimes [is] something regrettable but it can also be considered as lucky.
The snow upon the Kunlun Mountains turns into wind. The tears become thick, millenia-old ice.
In this moment, the densely misty spring is soundless. The old lover is still waiting,
Unable to bear with never being indebted to one another again. [Yet] as it turns out, those who love do not have the courage to meet.

This] love is attainable. Having exhausted three lifetimes searching for the longed after silhouette,
Lifetime after lifetime, [our] predestined relationship [will require] no cause[5.1], [our] love will bear fruit[5.2].

T/N:

[1] 里: This is not an English mile. Li is a traditional Chinese unit of length.

[2] å…«è’: Literally "eight distant places", this term refers to the remotest corners of the land and hence the entire world.

[3] 四海: Literally "four seas", this is another term that can be used to refer to the entire world. In the past, people conceived the world as being one land mass surrounded on all four sides by seas.

[4] 去日苦多: I'm making a note because the English translation of this line is used often with a different connotation, i.e. it's too late for something. Here, it is a remark upon the fact that, oh, how easily time passes! It originates from one of Cao Cao's poems and the full original line ("譬如æœéœ²ï¼ŒåŽ»æ—¥è‹¦å¤š") means that like the morning dew [that disappears in the blink of an eye], there are too many 'days of the past' (in other words, time flies too quickly). It is an encouragement to cherish the present.

[5] å› æžœ (or å› ç¼˜ä¸šæžœ):

[5.1] ç¼˜ and å› : 缘 (and å› ç¼˜) refers to a predestined relationship, the fateful coincidence of two people meeting. å›  is "cause" (or, in Buddhist terms, "primary cause" (hetu)), which is paralleled by æžœ in the next part.

[5.2] æžœ: By the bearing of "fruit" (one of æžœ's meanings), I mean that something will come of this love, i.e. there will be some result/outcome (another of æžœ's meanings). In Buddhist terms, æžœ is vipÄka, which is "effect".
