Kinda like in Master's Sun, where they have jump scares and ghosts and just really freaky things happening, but unlike Master's Sun, it's not 'mellow' as someone described. Arang and the Magistrate was legit creepy throughout. Some of the characters were really well done and reminded me of some Tim Burton-esque stuff. Specifically the witch lady who lives in the forest and basically kills people. And the figure with the really long arms and legs that blocks the gates of afterlife and came after Arang's ass. Achiara's Secret has kind of a horror vibe (a few jump scares at the beginning and creepy atmosphere + characters) but it wasn't the kind of scary that keeps you awake at night.
