people scream "equality" between man & women but.........

they failed to realize that there's a lot of women who are happy with the fact that men are leading the world and they don't wanna change that, they are happy being housewives even if they have assholes husbands lol, they don't wanna change they dislike the idea of equality, they think women who fight for "equality" are ain't women,. because a women is always supposed to be lead by men in their opinion  ..

^ it's shocking how a lot of women who fight for "equality" think every other women is by their side' therefore they push all the blame on men without realizing a lot of women don't give a shit about "equality" or "feminism" and they find it stupid ..

before you change men try to change women! maybe you get more support after that! but if women themselves are not united on "equality" or "feminism" why are some people only throw the blame on men!,..

when they talk about "equality" of jobs or careers, a man dies in fatal incident at a hardcore workplace like an Oil rig, suddenly you see this type of comments: "thats why men are stupid, girls are ain't that dumb to get such a job" <

fatal incidents happen a lot at such a work environments specially construction workplace or firemen or any other heavy duty work environment,. suddenly every men who get injured or die doing their job are considered stupid for choosing that job as if they have a choice lmfao,. they failed to realize these men also have families and probably working hard to feed their kids..

screams for "equality" ,, but a man doesn't have a driving license! "you gotta be kidding me, you are a man and you can't drive a car? such a shame for a man lol" < says a women..

screams for "equality" ,, a girl accidentally got hurt! a man passes by and doesn't do anything, "wtf he passes by and doesn't do shit and just watches the girl in pain, what a shameless man," < btw there were also girls at the scene but what they did was scream & panic,.. suddenly every man is supposed to be a white knight hero..

we are living in a society were mothers teach their male children to be tough and never shed a tear and always stand up for women! that's why the term "ladies first" exist, that's why men should do all the heavy duty jobs so the girls can just stay at home doing the cooking job, but isn't that what every parents teach their children?! (of course there's a lot of women who work on dangerous work environments like female soldiers - pilots - police officers etc,..but,;;), ..

"a women hit a man, if a the man hits her back he's ain't a man anymore!!!" < we have been teach and stereotyped & brainwashed with that way of thinking ,. so how can we ask for "equality" when we still encourage and support and promote that way of thinking?!

^ it's all should start with the way parents and school teach the kids before putting the blame on one gender or the other.....

a lot of men & women from the older generations are against "equality" and they still proudly support & promote the old way of lifestyle of the working men and the housewife women < it's both genders who stand against "equality" which is why i don't understand why one gender gets the blame all the times,........

equality is about choice bud. so that u can choose to stay at home or u can choose to go out and have ur own job solely based on what u want to do urself, and not based on societal pressures or expectations.

i like equality but in the end it wont happen, the stereotyped/usual image of men and women will always be there even when the "old" gen is replaced by the younger ones, z gen. things maybe changing but in quite slow pace and wont be anything so drastic changing

but the older generation will teach the younger generation anyway ..

tl;dr,  can you summarize? imstupid.png

I don't think one gender gets the blame all the time. My parents certainly have a very traditional marriage across gender lines. I think the issue is a lot more complicated than that, and in some countries, we are seeing outright misogyny promoted, and in some cases institutionalized, at the very top of the the power structure. I'm thinking of the US (with Trump) and Russia (with Putin, who wants to decriminalise wife-beating in the Russian legal system).

On the whole I think feminism accepts that if you are happy doing your thing, you should do your thing. The 'perfect' dream that women strive far is very different from woman to woman and should be accepted as such.

However, there are some gross abuses out there done against women (hate crimes, murders, assault, abuse) and which TPTB minimize or sweep under the carpet. In some US colleges, there have been some instances of horrendous rapes, but the rapist (usually the son of a wealthy family) gets off with a slap on the wrist. His feelings of 'victimisation' are held to a higher standard than that of the actual rape victim. It's times like these I am glad that there are women's groups taking offense and protesting. They are trying to make men and women equal in the eyes of the law, of the judges, and in that sense I support their efforts. I don't ever want to feel worried about calling the police because they might not take me seriously as a female.

I do think that there is some latent resentment and anger between some men and women in their relationships, and that makes me sad. I don't know whether that is linked to specific co-dependency issues inherent in that particular relationship, or whether it's a case of men secretly despising women and women secretly despising men. I hope it is not the latter.

who's attacking who? if you have eyes look closely ,. because people feel offended here for some reason, only three posts so far are neutral meanwhile i since the feminists double standards and insecurity in every other post lol

Umm...beings housewife doesn't mean you are not for equality...

That's all I have to say in regards to this mess.

(And men should, in general, not hit women because of the difference in physical size and strength. A woman who is bigger and stronger than the man should not get physical with him either. And OBVIOUSLY in an ideal world no one should hit anyone but beating up on someone who doesn't have a chance to defend themselves is worse than fighting someone who does.)

Is it that men and women should remain in the traditional roles completely or that women should have the choice to do that despite other women going out and working?

I'm all for talking about feminism and calling it out on certain things, but I'm not completely sure I understand what you're saying.

I find the stay-at-home-mom thing to be less of a focus these days when it comes to modern feminism.

Edit: Also, I just woke up, so that may be why I'm not interpreting your post very well xD

I agree, and I think part of that is due to low wages. Stay at home moms in some Western countries are a luxury -- they financially can choose to stay at home. But a lot of people can't, and so the woman as well as the man in a relationship has to find some paying work.
