Which era turned you into a MAMAMOO stan?

I actually heard of Mamamoo and little snippets from them quite awhile ago but never really got the chance to be more exposed to their music and performing prowess.  Then BAM! went their first Music Bank Yes I Am performance that I happened to watch by accident (lol) and I was instantly sold.  Not just sold, but hopelessly entranced by their energy and charms which I don't think I've ever seen from another group before.

 

What about your enlightening experience on the way to the Holy Realm that is MAMAMOO?

I came across Moosical Curtain Call videos and just became a fan this early year, so maybe...Decalcomanie era?

My UB was in the military and I got really bored so I started looking for new gen groups to stan. I joined this forum and heard about their amazing vocals and so I checked out 1cm (taller than you) when it was released and thought they were hilarious and interesting, so I went on YouTube and stumbled across their IS2 performances. I don't know how anyone can watch those and not stan mamamoo immediately.

As someone who isn't a fan of cute concepts and was generally avoiding girl groups, MMM checked all my boxes. I love their music, their concepts, their chemistry, their talent and basically everything about them. It's been more than a year, and I still can't choose a bias.

pre-debut when I heard Peppermint Chocolate it got me curious, loved all the pre-debut collabs and their debut convinced me I actually loved the group and I've been following them ever since.

Just a casual fan, but I started taking notice of them during the era of "You're the Best!"

Well, I lie. That is what ultimately led to me investing the group and learning more about them. I can't really point to any particular moment that made me the stan I am today.

 

Once I found out Mamamoo sang Love Lane and started consuming all the Mamamoo material out there, I just naturally became an enormous fan. I could just tell they were special.

 

A lot of people will talk about their talents, but it was their authenticity, infectious personalities and passion for their craft that made me an absolute stan, once I acknowledged how talented they are.
