Do You think is hard for former popular Kpop idols wich groups disolved and they went to be a regular person again?

So you're not including those who went solo after that?

I would say not necessarily. They're all aware of how things are in Kpop and go into the business with that at the back of their heads at least. For those who achieved plenty while still active, the "regular" life may come as a refreshment. Interests, values and desired lifestyle change as we get older after all. Plus, if you're competent, you can still be active within the field of music or art in general without being in the public eye if that's their main drive.

I'd be more worried about those who didn't achieve what they wanted/weren't popular...

it is, because the public still remembers them and they can still get in scandals,......

It depends per member tbh and their status when they ended and their whole impact/popularity/relevance. It won't be instant tho but I think a few years away from the limelight, they'll slowly turn into a "regular" person with less and less people noticing them.
