Probably no. Dated one before and he's asked me that he'll marry me if we ever have the same religion and beliefs. On. Our. Second. Date.

Seriously. T'was not supposed to be a big deal for I don't really care about it but for his family, it is.

Maybe? I think it depends....people interpret the bible in very different ways, so it would depend on how they interpreted it (for example, there are interpretations that promote racism and homophobia and sexism, while some people don't interpret it that way)

If you're mainly talking sex until marriage, I'm okay with waiting, it doesn't matter to me as long as I love them...but I'm not that religious, so I don't know if the person would tolerate my lack of commitment...

Fuck no. Ideally I'd only date an atheist/agnostic but I know that's a bit unrealistic. I have no problem dating someone with a religion as long as they don't force me into it/bother me about it and a super religious person certainly would.

That's just a stereotype of being religious though.

That kind of people are not religious, they're just ignorant.

Religion is supposed to be like spiritualism but with all the tradition, culture, rule, etc. It's supposed to be a personal experience between you and your God, higher being, nature, aliens or whatever. IMO real religious person is supposed to be enlightened, not ignorant. They should be flexible enough to treat things case-by-case with their heart, not their religious pride.

So, yeah, the answer is clear. If the person is like what you described then no.

I'll still hang out & try to be friends with those kind of people if I find their other personality match with mine though.
