Yeah, that's how I interpret the situation given what we know right now. I wouldn't be surprised if she recanted her statement on the first guy just because she knows she can't really pursue it, or she may be doubting her own memories of the night before because of her level of intoxication...

 

It's a sad story regardless and just furthers my belief that people need to be educated on consent when alcohol is involved. (and by this, I'm not putting any blame on her, but rather other parties involved that think it's okay to sleep with someone when they're clearly drunk)
