Since that day, I've seen a lot of 4Nias put down SISTAR or criticize them. Heck, even during Alone, K-4nias spread malicious rumors, like one time SISTAR wasn't here for the ending and it was when 4minute won with Volume Up. 4Nias said it was because they were jealous or something, when it turned out they had another schedule to attend right away. I mean, it's life. People get success or get nothing. Not everyone can be successful. These days, you need a catchy song and some luck to get noticed. If there is anyone to blame about what 4Minute is doing right, it's Cube. Plus, SISTAR and 4minute are quite close and it's hurt me to see some 4nias acting like that on NB or Twitter. And about Alone overshadowing Volume Up, let's not forget those songs came out as the same time as Busker Busker's Cherry Blossom Ending, so if it wasn't SISTAR, it would be Busker Busker. No win. But if anything, 4nias should blame Sistar, because Sistar's success with Alone etc. put BB further on the map as an in-demand composer than he was even prior to that (not that he wasn't already successful, but). And 4Minute worked with him for the first time ever after Alone. But then WYN's success should be blamed for them continuing to work with him. Even the other groups that seem to be more closely emulating Sistar's strategy/path to success aren't necessarily leaning entirely on BB for it (and why, when Duble Sidekick had a hand in it as well....) "Crocodile tears" (quote) I was a newbie in Kpop, I didn't know who were 4MINUTE and Sistar: I have listened to both Volume Up and Alone on the same day but Alone came out to be one of my fav kpop songs, while I forgot VU after a day (after months I started to like it).
