As for me I love Healer. It's a bit boring at first but it will be okay after few eps. I may be biased tho.   But u should try.

[Event] Ji Chang Wook graces KONUS Korea launch party

 

 

On 27 August, Ji Chang Wook puts on his model pose on the red carpet for the press as he makes his way to the KONUS and Ro&De noir launch party at the Dress Garden in Cheongdam-dong.

 

The event was attended by fashion directors, top models and a host of celebrities including actress Yoon Soyi (who starred with Ji Chang Wook in “Hero†and “Warrior Baek Dong Sooâ€), singers Navi, Lee Hyun and Moon Myung Jin, actresses Lee Ha Jung and Hong Soo Hyun, and many more.

I finished Healer last night. I can tell it was good, I just didn't personally find the premise of the drama compelling. I guess after being on a high with Empress Ki anything else afterwards would have had a hard time capturing my attention.

I finished Healer last night. I can tell it was good, I just didn't personally find the premise of the drama compelling. I guess after being on a high with Empress Ki anything else afterwards would have had a hard time capturing my attention.

 

I am halfway through. IDK how the story will evolve from now. OMG. The curiosity is killing me. Me too. I almost skipped most of the fighting scenes. LOL

 

Healer is good. But the storyline is kind of confusing abit.

 

Hope his new film will be great.

yeah i felt bad but i disliked his character so much i dont think i can watch any other works with him for a while. I felt like Tahwan's mom on Empress Ki. I just wanted my baby emperor to be happy

The king never had a chance in my books. The beginning of ep 1 when HJW held hands with JCH at the wedding you could tell that they were going to have incredible chemistry. 

Some of my favourite emperor and SN scenes were the rose petal scene, when SN is reading poetry to the emperor where for a moment I though she was making stuff up off the top of her head because she knew the emperor is illiterate lol and bits and pieces from their hunting trip.

i was only watching it for Changwook and i didn't like how Jiwon's character was trying to get revenge on him

[Magazine] Ji Chang Wook to feature in Grazia September issue

 

 

 

Ji Chang Wook “Korean wave? Probably because of dramas.â€

The Hallyu star that first comes to mind now is Ji Chang Wook. He always ranks high on the Hallyu star top ranking of the local media in China. He’s the star that comes hot on the heels of Bae Yong Joon and Kim Soo Hyun.

 

Fashion magazine Grazia asks him about the Korean wave in an interview with him and also did a photo shoot. Along with the interview, various experts also analysed the reasons for the popularity of the top 9 Hallyu stars right now.

 

In the interview, Ji Chang Wook talks about his Hallyu activities. When asked about the popularity of the Hallyu wave, he said “It’s probably because of the dramas. They are loved because the drama characters are likeable. Before knowing about the person Ji Chang Wook, they first come into contact with the character. ‘Empress Ki’ and ‘Healer’ are very popular in China. I suffered a lot when filming both shows, so it’s fortunate. The suffering paid off (laughs).â€

 

He’s also holding fan meetings in Asia. He chose “songs†as the repertoire of his fan meetings. “I sing about 10 songs. There are about one or two segments where I sit down to play games or talk. Singing is comfortable, and everyone likes it.â€

Ji Chang Wook’s pictorial and interview will be released on 5 September and you will get to see him in the September volume 2 issue of Grazia.
