I still haven't watched 'Healer'.. I'm kinda reluctant to watch modern drama nowadays, except if they ft. Gong Hyo Jin

I've just started warming up with finished 'My Last Love' yesterday !  I might start watching something else to wet my appetite !  I've started watched 'Healer' a few days ago, but I couldn't get into it lol half because I needed some kdrama comedy, half because I was put off by the female lead... after watching her in 'Dr Jin' I didn't like her

 

ohh she wasnt bad, a friend couldnt get into Healer cause of her but I thought she did a good job. I found Healer funny idk Bong Soo was hilarious. 

well maybe you will get curious about it someday

Well, I definitely wasn't disappointed by 'Empress Ki', I'm sure he did a great job with 'Healer' too ^^ as I told nutella, it's the female lead who is putting me off lol

 

Well, RomComs are usually cheesy stuff... but kdrama can pull it off because of the culture and this "flower boy" trend... a comedy would be nice.... or historical 

 

I liked their 'Master's Sun' and 'My Last Love'.  'You're Beautiful' is apparently from them too, so their stuff is quite promising.  However much I want to see Chang Wook on the small screen, I hope he doesn't become KSH and literally dominate everything, because that'd be annoying

 

I liked Masters Sun and You are Beautiful but not the others. I just want one last drama before he enlists  it needs to last me 2 years so I hope it is a good one. All the dramas I was hoping he was going to be on are already taken. 

 

 

I am afraid of historicals bc I suffered so much during Empress Ki but JCW looks so good wearing those outfits

Perfect, my i-Pod is playing 'To the Butterfly' 

Don't talk to me about enlisting, I'm dreading that moment when the media will report about his military enlistment.  Dreading it soo much tbh.  I feel like the world only just got to see him and he'll be gone soon... a few more amazing drama like 'Empress Ki' may help me get over 2 years' of his absence (I think...)

 

OMG his character in 'Empress Ki' was tragic- both the male characters were flippin' tragic tbh.  I bawled so so so much when he died in Ha Ji Won's arms, when his arm fell </3 I don't mind this kind of drama actually because this stays with me longer than those that have happy endings.

I cried so much when I saw that last episode TT____TT you have no idea. Then I cried again during the alternate ending, I am emotionally connected to Tahwan. I just wanted him to be happy    I guess that was too much to ask from the writers 

 

Yea i dont want to think about jcw enlisting, I wish he could do 2 more dramas but there is not enough time. :/

 

I am happy that his fanbase has grown so much during his last two works.

The transformation his character made comparing beginning to the end T_T only to die at the end </3 I was satisfied that he changed for the girl, not entirely but enough to not be a selfish coward that he was at the start.  ahah 'Empress Ki' will never get old for me; it's going to be my everything when he's gone.  I'm learning Korean so, hopefully, one day I can understand what the dialogues and his IG updates without translation ^^

 

May his fanbase grow ever larger and become a loyal one <3

Ji Chang Wook′s Japan Fanmeeting Tickets Sell Out in 10 Minutes

Actor Ji Chang Wook is fulfilling his duty as a ′hallyu-maker.′

Ji Chang Wook successfully launched his first Asia fanmeeting tour This is JCWat Hong Kong′s KITEC Star Hall on June 20, and now tickets for his Japan stop have sold out in 10 minutes.

Despite the fact that the hallyu fever has stalled in Japan, interest in Ji Chang Wook has not burned out. 

Just as Ji Chang Wook touched the hearts of his fans in Hong Kong on this fanmeeting tour, which he personally prepared, he is expected to capture the hearts of his fans in Japan. 

The first episode of KBS′ Healer, which stars Ji Chang Wook, who ranges between a manly man and romantic, will air on Japan′s CS Satellite Theater on June 28 before airing regularly every Friday night at 11 p.m. beginning on July 31.

Hi, this is Ji Chang Wook.  With the starting of serial publication about me in this magazine, I am pleased that I will be able to communicate with you for some time from now on.  In the meantime I have a heart-throbbing feeling that another aspect of me which I didn’t even know it myself will pop out (laugh).

The first topic is “My Favourite Things.† The happy feelings like something I enjoy and can relax that I am going to talk about.  There are things like sports, food and various topics but manga (comics) is always my favourite since a long time ago, especially Japanese manga.  I always read youth manga.  I have been collecting so many to the extent that I have a huge collection, not just one volume but the whole series and I bought so many (laugh).  Because my house is full of manga books, I guess I have to sort them out.

I also like watching movies regardless of their genres but actually I found it hard to watch horror.  After watching a horror movie, don’t you feel like a ghost is following around behind you?   It is thrilling, isn’t it?  However, if I am offered to play a horror genre one day, even I feel “it is really a horrorâ€, I will still try to play it.  I wonder if people are frightened when they watch it (laugh).  However it doesn’t look like it is a project that I am frightened to finish (laugh).

When I was little, I didn’t like watching TV.  If I had time, I would rather go out running around to play with my friends.  Occasionally when I was watching TV at home, I only watched anime.  At that time, there were boys manga like “Slam Dunk†and “Moero! Top Strikerâ€.  At school, there were basketball team and soccer team.  Certainly I was a soccer team member!  Even now, I belong to a soccer team.

And then, I like Japan and recently I said to my friends “I want to go to Japan.†(laugh)   What I like most about Japan is its food which is very delicious.  Ah, I want to go just by talking about it.  I like ramen (noodle) in particular.  Because I like it so much, I will just go to Japan for eating ramen (laugh).  Don’t be surprised if you suddenly see me sitting in a ramen restaurant in Japan, please say hello to me!  Thinking about that I am able to communicate with you like this is making me so excited, I appreciate your support from now on.

Yeap. He definitely is not an one hit wonder overnight. Even tho i only get to know him during healer. But when i watched his previous dramas i know he is full of passion wanting to improve himself. I am so proud of him too. Being his stan is one of the best thing ever happen to me.

 

All these messages really said everything that i wanted to say. One thing that really makes me wanna cry is how much he appreciates his fans.

 

He really have everything. Looks, talent, passion, skills. He will be big someday. I trust him and i will always root for him.
