Jessica almost did it is a very big stretch and Sunday being better than BoA was never really a question..

Those were valid arguments ok u.u But yea, believe me, she did it, when I find I'll show you!

and wtf Ahmin, Bada's E5 there definetly sounds healthy to me, I don't hear any thoatynes... The vibrato sounds stable

Qurl. Do you know what the E5 was. It was sorry, @4:18 specifically. The note that was good, I think resonant was the C5 after.

SORRY IF MY EAR FOR PITCH IS NOT AS GOOD AS YOURS, SO I AUTOMATICALLY THOUGHT YOU MEANT THE SUSTAINED NOTE WHICH WAS GOOD AND I WAS LIKE "WTF AHMIN" e_________________e

but... exclamations. LOL and honey... Taeyeon's F#5's are all better than the 2 ones from Listen and from whatever the Immortal Song song she sang was.. lol but the one in HYAMLC is definitely better than Taeyeon's..

OH yeah that one was actually not that bad, I like that one.

I remember it was bright but I cant listen to it right now to be sure if it was head placed or just pinched lol

Hi, I'm new to this thread, but I've watched everything since the beginning.

I wanna ask something about some of my favorite group, can you guys rank Boa, Bohyung of Spica, Boram, Gyuri of SeeYa, Raina, Junga of AS, Minkyung & Haeri of Davichi and Jea, Narsha & Gain of BEG?

HaeRi>JeA>>>Narsha=Boram>MinKyung>BoHyung>GaIn>Boa>GyuRi>>>JungAh>Raina

Thank you so much for replying. I always think Gyuri is better than Boram but this is fine...

Is Bohyung better than Lee Hi and Gyuri better than Soyu? And isn't Hyorin below Haeri and JeA? I'm confused

Gyuri is better than SoYu, and I don't know Lee Hi and BoHyung that well so I can't anwser =/

Haeri is above Hyorin which is even with JeA

Oh no Minkyung is not as good as Narsha, did you watch Narsha do a highnote in Sixth sense? It's super high and she did the last part which is very flexible. What about Lina, Dana, Sunday and Stephanie of CSJH The Grace and Taeyeon jessica Tiffany Seohyun Sunny of SNSD?

I mean Boa of Spica, BoA te solo is a vocal legend, right?

Hitting a "super high" note doesn't make anyone better or worse actually =) How well you hit the note is what matters.

Lina is a good vocalist, she was decent during 2005-2007 when CSJH was very active, but then in the 2008-2010 era of their careers she improved and became good. Sad thing is we don't have lots of videos of her "prime" xD Dana was better during CSJH times, but she's still decent/ok now. Sunday is between ok and mediocre, she has good moments but she's nasal and tense a lot also. Stephanie is mediocre, she has some ok belts here and there (she might be around Jessica's level) but for the most part she's tense. All of them use connected head voices and have, except for Sunday, decent lower ranges.

BoA (the soloist) is alright as a kpop vocalist but she's faaaaaar from being a vocal legend LOL

Why did you agree with Luna>Hyorin. As long as Hyorin keeps going throaty mid notes and Luna is more nasal than not nasal, then I won't be able to agree.

I think you and Aly REALLY overreact about how Hyorin finishes her belts. It is a issue but it doesn't rly affects the quality of her notes most of the time.

And Luna rarely to never belts nasal and rarely to never strains.

You also forgetting that Hyorin's low notes >> and that Luna's head voice >>
